Indian Gond Painting

Today I am showing about one more elegant Indian folk art Gond paintings… This Painting are practiced by one of the largest tribes in Madhya pradesh, India . The Gond people have a belief that viewing a good image gives good luck. This belief led the Gond people to decorate the walls as well as the floor of their houses with traditional tattoos and motifs. Gond paintings have also been used as a way to record their history also. My personal inspiration about this painting is patterns of details.. The details like dots and dashes of patterns are increase the beauty of this art. There's no predefined design. It will vary depends upon artist individual creatvity... Immense patience and delicate brush strokes are part of this meditative gond Painting process. During recent days gond Artists​ transferring this art from walls ​ into canvas. Gond people are attached with nature. Most of the Paintings based with trees , plants, animals, birds and other natural resources…..
